July Open Weight Room at Lake Holcombe: Starting tomorrow (Tuesday) there will be open weight room from 8:00 am to 9:30 am. It will run Monday - Thursday as long as there are people showing up. There will be agility training as well. This is a great way to prepare for the upcoming seasons or to just get active! Hope to see you there! If there is strong interest, we will open

Shane Sanderson will be teaching the following DNR Safety Classes this summer: ATV/UTV - 7/31/23 to 8/1/23 from 12:15-4:15pm, Snowmobile - 8/2/23-8/3/23 from 12:15-4:15pm, and Boater - 8/7/23-8/8/23 from 12:15-4:15pm.
Class requirements: minimum age of 11 and have DNR customer ID number in hand. The DNR customer ID number can be obtained at GoWild.wi.gov

Results: We had a great three weeks with all the kids that showed up to lifting/agility camp. These three individuals each made an established lifting club (Bench, Hang Clean, Deadlift). Katya Kuc made the 400lbs club. David Vacho made the 400lbs club (470#). Emmit Johnson made the 500lbs club. All of those that participated improved. Most importantly, we had fun and are always welcoming newcomers! Stay tuned for open weight room times in July! Happy 4th!

Gavin Pofelski met his weightlifting goal during our morning summer sessions. Combining bench press, deadlift and hang-clean, he now joins the 700 lbs Club! Great job, Gavin. Keep up the good work!
