Lake Holcombe School kicked off the start of the 21-22 school year with an open house on Tuesday. Students & parents had an opportunity to meet teachers, bring in school supplies, eat, and learn about area resources. It was a great way to begin the new school year!

Meet our new food service assistant - Kaitee Kozial. Ms. Kozial has lived in Holcombe most of her life and graduated from LHS in 2010. She has a son, Bryler, currently in 4th grade at LHS. Ms. Kozial's hobbies include coaching volleyball, baking, and being outside. Something of interest is that she and her mom have owned Small Town Storm, a volleyball club, since 2015. The staff met as a group to start the 21-22 school year at Eastbay Lodge on Monday. The day started with an Honoring Our Educators retreat presented by Youth Frontiers Inc; a community-building experience to foster trust by transforming school staff into a cohesive team that values and honors each other. The morning included a bingo activity and small group discussions.
Meet our new business education teacher - Morgan Milas! Ms. Milas attended UW-Eau Claire where she graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration-Human Resources degree. Ms. Milas' hobbies include outdoor activities and playing with her 3 dogs. Something interesting about her is that she has is a new teacher with industry background. Meet our new social studies & history teacher - Dwight Green! Mr. Green graduated from St. Norbert College with a major in History and a minor in Psychology. Some of Mr. Green's hobbies include sports, hanging out with friends & family, and any sort of outdoor activity. Something interesting about him is that he studied abroad in Rome, Italy for a semester in college. Please welcome Dwight Green to Lake Holcombe!
