What children report, part 3 of 3. Children's on-line presence puts them at greater risk of exploitation. Parents should stay involved in their digital world, know the apps they use, use parental controls where possible, and block and report people who make them feel uncomfortable.
On the last day of school, the Lake Holcombe Elementary Awards Ceremony took place to honor some outstanding students and staff. The ceremony was a great way to celebrate student success as well as honor some educators who we won't see in the building next year. Congratulations to all on a wonderful school year, despite the challenges!
21 apps that parents should know about, part 2 of 3. SnapChat, TikTok, WhatsApp? No clue what they are? Most likely your children know! Now you can know too!
Congratulations to these Middle and High School students who were selected as May's Students of the Month. These students made our school a better place by demonstrating CREATIVITY! Thanks for making Lake Holcombe School a great place!
